The Development Review Committee has produced the following development packet for new home construction in Durfee Creek.

IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE REVIEW:

Two construction deposits have been implemented as part of the development process:
- septic inspection deposit of $1200
- construction deposit of $7000 (amended 10/21/2025)
- Samples may be submitted in hard or electronic form.**
- Plans may be submitted in print or electronic form.**
**If electronic samples or plans are submitted, the DRC may still request a hard sample or print of the plans if deemed necessary to clarify the design.
